Restorative Yoga Immersion with Lynette Suchar

Saturdays & Sundays June 8, 9, 15, 16
1-6pm each day at Ground Yoga
(4 hours done on your own)

During this 24-hour restoration training, you will add tools to your toolbox to help you relax and reduce stress. If you are a certified yoga teacher or health professional, you will learn how to guide others into relaxation.

Working with others is part of this training, even if you are not a teacher. This is an important part of the immersion where you learn to experience the profound effects of relaxation. You do not have to be a certified teacher to take this course.

Four hours of this course involve a take home project that I will assess, leaving you with the confidence and knowledge to go deeper into the healing practice of restoration and restorative yoga.

Investment: $550 +gst

$100 +gst non-refundable deposit to reserve your place, balance due by June 1st. No refunds will be offered after June 1st.
