Align Your Spine
"Align Your Spine" - a class based on Critical Alignment Therapy developed by Gert Van Leeuwen. Certified teachers will guide you through a practice to renew your spine! When our spines are pulled out of alignment from daily life we can often experience pain and strain. This class teaches you how to relax your spine, neck, and shoulders relieving tension in a gentle way. We then focus on building awareness of the back body and hips to create proper alignment of the spine and the strength to maintain it; building a strong and healthy back body. If you have a back, this class is for you.
In this Flow class you will synchronize breath with movement. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow using strength, energy, and flexibility.

Kid's Yoga (pre-registered)
Yoga comes naturally to children; many start doing poses at a very young age. Yoga has many great benefits for kids, it helps them regulate emotions, find focus, relaxation, self-awareness and inner fulfillment. It also promotes connectivity and self-esteem in a safe and non-competitive environment. Physically it can help them with their balance, strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Each week class will begin with a theme, breath-work and setting of intentions. We will move through sun salutations and various postures, followed by fun yoga inspired games that promote creativity, listening into the body and learning to follow intuition. We will then move through meditation, chanting and relaxation. We will also take a few minutes to draw and/or journal our experiences in class. Closing class with a friendship and sharing circle.

Restorative Yoga allows the body to relax and rest deeply. The foundation of this style of yoga is deliberate stillness. By supporting the body with props in various postures, we move towards deep relaxation, therefore calming the sympathetic nervous system. This stillness helps to reduce the effects of daily stress - a great way to balance out an active lifestyle.
This early morning class is a great way to start your day and set the tone. Class starts slow, but builds to create a little heat, then finishes with a good stretch to get you through the day. Wake up your body and spend time connecting with yourself before the day even begins! This class is for all levels.
This class is a meditative, reflective practice that requires receptivity with little pushing or strain. Yin Yoga applies long, passive holds (no standing poses) to deeply penetrate the body's bones and connective tissue. It raises one’s vitality, increases flexibility and mental energy, and is calming for the mind and spirit. The Yin style of practice targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis, lower belly and spine. The essence of Yin is yielding - learning how to let go of struggle and how to allow things to unfold naturally.
Yoga-Nidrā means “conscious deep sleep”. Laying in a comfortable position of your choice, you will be
guided along a thread of methodical relaxation techniques. Yoga-Nidrā is believed to be a highly
transformative practice, by offering an opportunity to address our Samskaras, those deep impressions
within our subconscious, forming the blueprint of the various forms of suffering we experience in our
daily life. This practice holds the potential for profound relaxation, calmness, clarity and freedom. Being
a receptive practice in nature, physical strength, flexibility and mobility are all optional, making Yoga-
Nidrā the most accessible form of yoga practice. Everyone welcome, no experience required.
